The Savio Lady Eagles opened their softball season at home and  defended the diamond by beating TAPPS 4A State Semi-Finalist Hyde Park 6-0.  The Ladies play a round robin tournament on Saturday, Feb 4, in Salado.

The Eagles traveled to open their baseball season against Regents.  They kept the score close at 3-4 until the bottom of the 6th when they gave up 4 runs ending the game with a loss,  3-8.  They will play their first home games this Saturday with a double header beginning at 1:00.
